Retasting. Medium light, very dry body. Very sour for a cider. Some cellary apple flavor which somewhat is overwhelmed by the sourness. Apples and dry sourness leaves lingering for a long time. I think this would be at it's best well chilled, now drinking without ice straight from the bottle.

Dry, sour and stuffy apple. Liked the aftertaste of apple, disliked stuffiness.
