Murky, red-purple cider with reasonable quick carbonation unlocks a  creamy, off-white, very distantly pink head that melts soon down to a thin lacing on top. The scent is fruity and rich in berries: a good amount of light-sweet apple nectar, a little bit of blackberry and a faint note of raspberry. The taste is relatively sweet juicy, offering hefty natural apple nectar and a good dollop of wild blackberry juice. I also find a bit of raspberry, a remote nuance of pear and a drop of sugared redcurrant juice. The finish is short and with reduced elements. The mouthfeel is natural, juicy, substantially gardeny and meadowy.
