Clear, very light straw cider with gleaming green hue and decent, fizzy carbonation unleashes a modest, white head that dissolves immediately to zero. The scent serves relatively sweet apple juice. The taste is medium-sweet, as well, allowing one to experience natural squeezed apple juice but with a significantly remote whisper of cinnamon -- the cider doesn't, however, contain cinnamon. The mouthfeel is light and refreshing, natural, gardeny and significantly Mediterranean. Manageable but a bit too sweet to my taste.
