Malts, chocolate and a sweetness, presumably from the maple syrup in the aroma. Taste has chocolate right up front, followed by a rich maple syrup and bitter malts that help balance the sweetness. Very flavorful. Medium-full body with a medium-low carbonation. Thanks David. 4/5

Lactose and sweetness from the creme of the Oreos used in the aroma. Taste has a bitterness from the (perhaps roasted?) malts used first, followed by lactose and then Oreo creme. If you really use your imagination, the bitterness from the malts could be mistaken as the Oreo crackers. Either way, I like this one. I talked to the guy who brewed this and offered a possible tweak to the recipe for if he decides to brew it again, but as it is, it's still tasty. Medium-ish body with a lower amount of carbonation. Thanks David. 3.75/5

Smells just like an oatmeal raisin cookie. Taste has the same thing. Oatmeal raisin cookie. The oatmeal hits first, with a bit of sweetness accompanying it, just like in an oatmeal cookie. Probably the brown sugar adding the sweetness. The raisin shows up next. Medium-ish body with a medium+ carbonation. Very good stout. A little less carbonation would improve it, but very enjoyable as it is. Thanks again, David. 3.75/5
