Semiclear, copper beer with balanced, fizzy, sustained carbonation builds an off-white, velvety head that falls short of half a finger and dissolves rapidly to a frazil-icy lacing on the surface. A sappy injection of persimmon and banana lingers in the shadows. What the tastebuds don't like is penetrative alcohol that tends to step into the limelight, bringing in a relatively chemical tang. The poor taste organs also hate the oversweet sugary adjunct whatever its origin. The medium-bodied beer finishes with unpleasant, boozy sweet malt that gains further sweetness from biscuit dough and strong sugary bread. The aftertaste vanishes from the mouth after a short to medium while. The mouthfeel is sappy and distinctly lip-glueing, rather strong, somewhat stuffy, noticeably boozy and chemical.
