Ma première Sour ! Au nez c’est acidulé et légèrement sucré. En bouche c’est surprenant, très acide et légèrement salé. C’est tellement particulier que mes glandes salivaires réagissent ! Mais ce n’est pas mauvais, ça ne ressemble en rien à toute les bières que j’ai pu boire.
