5.7% Sour / Wild Ale. Barbarrique.

Well this is pretty cool. There is a definite base of a hoppy IPA but the Brett massively dominates the flavour with its harsh, dry, wood, vanilla and sourness. The aftertaste is then that of a hoppy IPA again.
