OLUT: TDH X-Raying Flowers
PANIMO: North Park Beer Co.
OLUTTYYPPI: NEDIPA
MAA: Yhdysvallat
VAHVUUS (ABV): 8.5%
VÄRI (EBC): Oljenkeltainen (7.0)
KATKEROT (EBU/IBU): -
TUOKSU: Makean kermatäytesitruunakeksinen, voimallisen runsaan villikukkainen, kuivaniittyinen. Herkullinen ja todella mielenkiintoisen nyanssinen.
VAAHTO: Melko runsas, kuten kuva kertoo, vaikka kepeä onkin. Vetäytyy lopulta kuitenkin lähes täysin, jättäen myös sokerikatetta lasin reunoille.
GREY’S VIEW
Citra Incognito, Citra Cryo, Nelson Sauvin & Galaxy TDH NEDIPA
Oukkis. Katsotaan.
Ensisiemaus antaa sitruksia monella tapaa.
Runko. On jämäkkä, hieman hyökkäävä, kuiva ja wannabe mehuisan napakka. Vehreäkin.
MUUTA MAINITTAVAA:
Turhan kuiva, turhan hankala. Turhaan.
Phah.

BEER: Squandering Citra
BREWERY: North Park Beer Co.
BEER STYLE: QIPA
COUNTRY: USA
ABV.: 12.0%
COLOUR (EBC): Straw (7.0)
BITTERS (EBU/IBU): -
AROMA: Yeasty, dry cooky, lemony with hints of cream also. Feels deeper then the aroma tells.
HEAD: Fights to reach one finger height. Large bubbled and airy.
GREY’S VIEW
Citra QDH Quadruple IPA.
The aroma is somewhat introvert so it's exciting to get into the taste. Let's see.
Indeed. The first sip is quite sappy and joozy with everything. It grows slowly but surely between sips // So, one might want to take its time between them //
Taste offers dried, candied lemon peel, light lemon juiciness, delightfully ripe gooseberries and some maltiness. Malts stays in the shadows pretty closely the entire time, but they clearly are there with their crispy straw kind of way.
Body is hefty and joosy. It fills the tastebuds as also the stomach too. It has lot to drink in it. Bubbles are lively, yet the QDH is the piece to look out in here! It brings loads of character to that Citra-being, staying at that sweety bay entire way.
OTHER NOTES:
Yeap. It's a biggie this one. Delightfully soul filling allthough the story isn't that new to me. Slow sipper for sure.
You should look out and compare the reviews of Cloudwater - Number Of The Yeast against this one.
The point there is yours to be found 🙏🏼 QIPA shouldn't taste like malt liquor in my opinion.

BEER: TDH Geometric Galaxy
BREWERY: North Park Beer Co.
BEER STYLE: NEDIPA
COUNTRY: USA
ABV.: 8.5%
COLOUR (EBC): Straw (4.0)
BITTERS (EBU/IBU): -
AROMA: Yeap. This one offers hefty amount of Mosaic. Mouthdroolingly much so. Sistant berries, twigs, hop oils along with what not.
HEAD: Barely exceeds one finger height, yet it is creamy and fluffy. Leaves off with sugar lacing on the sides of glass.
GREY’S VIEW
Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin, Citra & Mosaic TDH NEDIPA.
First sip is filling and slow to grow.
Taste has pine twigs, loads of malts (oat and wheat f.e.), pineapple-mango mash, mixed set of fruitpurée to go with notable level of hop oils and pleasant TDH.
Body has elements to it. It's medium plus sized piece with pretty creamy being and nicely filling touch, since the malts grows pretty nicely during the glass. It's quite clearly a somewhat slow sipper.
OTHER NOTES:
Mmm. It has all the pieces. Yet the creaminess / maltprofile is a tad too overpowering to me. Sense of Mosaic is there and the malts plays really well…but, yeah.

BEER: And The Beat Goes On
BREWERY: North Park Beer Co.
BEER STYLE: NEDIPA
COUNTRY: USA
ABV.: 8.3%
COLOUR (EBC): Straw (4.0)
BITTERS (EBU/IBU): -
AROMA: This one seems to like warmth exceptionally much. After a while, it turns out to be quite nicely packed with Nelson. Twiggy, rustic and earthy aroma is beautiful to experience once again. Softer, sweet fruits are there too, but they stand in the background. To me at least.
HEAD: Reaches easily three finger of height, remains firm and tight for a short period before retreating entirely.
GREY’S VIEW
Nelson Sauvin, Nectaron & Superdelic TDH NEDIPA.
Let's dive into it. First sip is surprizingly easy. Taste offers few buckets of grapes, some nicely dry white wine characteristics to go along with the TDH. Also juicy peach, lychee, twigs and overall a nice feel of garden are present.
TDH is pleasant. It underlines the Nelson Sauvin really well and makes that hop really shine. Boosts perfectly those NZ points. Body stays at medium minus level with somewhat light carbonation.
OTHER NOTES:
Easy and enjoyable one to quench your thirst with. The Nelson Sauvin really stands out well in here with the TDH working along with everything.
It has a sense of bravery to it.
