Somewhat foggy, deep amber beer. A supersoft fluffy head that climbs two fingers high. Astonishingly long life it has.
Earthy malt, graham cracker, biscuit, dried apricot and hefty kveik yeast can be observed in the fragrance. The taste offers pretty much the same flavors, added with grassy hops. The sensation is, interestingly, medium-full, earthy, husky, a tad rustic, a tad crisp and slightly drying. Relatively soft and smooth, as well.

A nice burger joint in the old Market Hall. Beers to accompany the meal.
Basically transparent, dark brown beer. A beige moussy head. Dark malt, molasses and a suggestion of cacao nibs can be found in the scent. Dark roasted malt, molasses, bitter dark caramel and dark bread constitute the gustatory cocktail. The sensation is light, roasty, moderately dry and drying.

A fruit beer that is supposed to be sour. Clear crimson. A white, faintly pinkish hued foam today messes the whole glass.
Sour raspberry in the air. A hint of redcurrant, too. The taste is only modestly sour, raspberry is obvious although not very ample, followed by redcurrant. The body is thin. The end is identical to upfront. Feels thin, juicy, moderately dry and characterless.
Anyway, this is a Fruit Beer, not a Sour Ale.

Hieman enemmän hapokkuutta voisi olla. Mieto yrttinen maku on oiva lisä, kevyt humalointi, hieman karvas jälkimaku.

Olu Bryki Raum sells these bottles warmed at the Rauma Christmas market. Warm beer! Juniper berries. The flavour is disappointingly mild, but there’s a nice lingering junipery aftertaste.
