Kardemom Blond

This cardamom infused blond is brewed especially for this dinner and has a faint aroma. It takes a bit for the cardamom to really kick in, but is is a nice addition to this beer, which otherwise is a bit flat in taste. The pairing with scallops, the earthiness of the parsnips and the umami of ponzu is very nice.
