Une bonne bière de soif, petits points en plus pour le packaging, la forme de la bouteille est très sympa

Une Ambrée prononcée et bien amère. Le côté fumée est discret 👀‼️🦀🚨

Beer 5/5.
Lucid, light copper beer with a pure white, bubbleless head that climbs lazily up to half a finger and then settles down to the sides.
The olfactory sphere is really intriguing: powerful apple, more discreet cherry, maybe a suggestion of sweet pear, strawberry, oak barrel, even a drop of syrup and biscuit. Like calvados. Sounds odd. It is odd! But in a good way of course!
The substantially promising scent flattens somewhat when the experience moves from the nose to the tastebuds. I'm picking now apple juice, cherry, rosehip and oak barrel. The calvados side is replaced by very fruity wine, could be fruit wine but also very fruity red wine. In addition, there's a sweeter tone in this, maybe it's the syrup that I find in the scent but can also be modest honey.
The body is medium-full. The finish gears more toward sweet dessert wine with the barrel note still lingering nicely in the mouth.
The mouthfeel is strong, medium-full, vinous, dry and drying. It's somewhat tart and puckering but not strongly so. I like the barrel aged style, lovely woody punch, innovativeness and stepping out of the crowd. Good stuff! The best of this series! 🧡🧡🧡

Back here 🇨🇭👍🏻😅 The one and only. "Foam corner". This time I designed a flight of five. All Swiss, of course.
Beer 1/5.
Hazy, deep straw beer with a fluffy, white head that finds itself at the altitude of two fingers. Retention is very long.
Orange juice, lemon pulp and wheat dominate the fragrance. I'm imagining also a suggestion of coriander seed here. Perhaps it's a mere illusion though. The tongue receives more lemon pith, grapefruit peel and wheat malt that portrays a bit of not so fresh flavor.
The body is light. The finish is light-bitter citrusy with wheat malt, of course, at the bottom.
The mouthfeel is light, slightly crisp, balanced but slightly closed.
P.S. The restroom (unisex) has a bunch of beer/brewery stickers on the walls. Somebody from 🇫🇮 has obviously contributed substantially to this collection. There was even a Pint Please sticker earlier but the bar had to close the doors for a period during the covid pandemic. They did some renovation there, including cleaning of the tiles in the restroom. That's when the Pint Please sticker was removed.

Beer 2/4. Vintage 2019. Displays murky black. A fawn, silky head remains below one finger. However, it contacts very sluggishly, evidencing protracted retention.
Black cherry and blackberry are among the fruity elements of the fragrance. Coffee follows behind. Maybe also blackcurrant. Portwine barrel comes forward without hesitation. Purple grape and a drop of red wine can also be spotted.
Coffee is sour and astringent on the tastebuds. Blackcurrant is also present, both in the form of berry and woody twig. Portwine barrel shows its presence discreetly. Bitter old plum skin lingers in the background. All in all, complexity reduces to some extent from the air.
The body is surprisingly light, almost thin. Yet, this should clock 6 %. The finish doesn't improve from upfront, neither does it deteriorate.
The mouthfeel is light, moderately tart, faintly vinous and barrel aged. It's dry and drying, even astringent but puckering only marginally. I anticipated more.
