Bottled, 2.9%. A crisp and fragrant pale ale with citrus and mango flavours. Slight bitterness, very refreshing, well recommended.

A beautiful aged soured ale. An opaque golden pour and very little sediment. Such a good balance of all of this beer's elements. Farmhouse ale base, tart funky sourness, depth of flavour from oak wine barrel aging and a detectable floral dry hop. Well impressed, can't wait to try more from Wilderness.

My first soured Pilsner or lager. Large amount of yeast in suspension even with a very careful pour, not a real problem though as I just left the glass to settle. Citrus and very slight white grape notes, the sourness is slight but definitely there.
