Finally after many weeks I've tested my first homemade hard cider and... 🤯 Bloody Hell... So strong! The first impression was ( because wasn't to much fizzy ) that I'm drinking nice sweet wine lol honestly 🤟🏻😁🍺 and after couple sips I wasn't sure that 8.5% is the right measure 🤪 sounds like a 10%... Easy, because I'm feeling the pressure on my head already 🤣. Lovely clear amber colour with very little carbonation, almost none. No head ... obviously 😁 Taste very sweet because the apples they are from my allotment ( full organic ) - Este's Paradise 🤟🏻😇 with strong kick of alcohol! Honestly my first impression was like - WHAT 🤪!? Nice aroma from apples with really small notes of cloves and alcohol lol obviously. In general opinion because I'm not really fan of cider I dropped 3.5 stars so 🤨 no too BAD -> Cheers

I'm so proud of this beauty 🤘🏻😎🤘🏻 it's no becouse I love PUNK IPA... it's becouse this beer started my obsessive craft beer ADVENTURE! After 4 weeks Punk IPA is PERFECT! Even better becouse it's less carbonation ( I did it on purpose ) what giving the CASK BEER effect and in my opinion it's perfect for English old school fanatics 🤘🏻😬🍺 more smooth BABY!
