I am trying a new style of beer I’ve never had before. A sparkling ale. Here we go.
This tastes malty that is caramel-ish mainly. Has a touch of white grape that fades towards the finish. Has a hint+ of earthy and floral hops.
Overall this was very nice. A nice change of pace. I went with 3.8 because I really liked it. I really have nothing to judge it against tho. So take my review with a grain of salt.
Canned 4/23/26.

This has medium+ nectarine with light+ lemon meringue, zesty lime and a hint of melon. Has kind of a tangy taste to it. Has a light+ bitterness. Has just a touch of a biscuity malt.
Overall this has a different unique taste to it. Intriguing and good.
Canned 6/11/26.

Dry, light and airy. Loved the first sip immediately. IPAs are calling me recently and I’m glad I found this one. Dead Flowers is a cool name too so I give it bonus points. Protocol, Amherst. Good to enjoy while a little happy off the grass 🍃🪴🫚☘️ Summer beer.

This has a citrus taste that leans towards lemon and grapefruit. It is quite tart and sour. Has a light+ bitterness.
I was wondering if it was old and turned. That is a not. Canned 3/16/26. It smells and tastes like it to me.
It doesn’t list that it is a sour on the can. It sure tastes like it. I’m not a sour guy.

This is a Festbier. It has a toasted caramel taste that is a little nutty and bready. Has some nice spicy hops adding some bitterness in a fairly strong supporting role. Has a 60/40 split with the malt leading the way. Slightly dry finish.
Overall a really nice American version of a festbier. Nice on this bitterly cold day.
7 degrees f now going down to 2 f. I can take that but we are having 40-50 mph winds. That is just brutal. It literally hurts walking around outside. I can’t wait for spring. 🌸🌺🌷🌼
Canned 9/16/25.

Happy Friday. This starts hitting you up front and thru out with a caramel/toffee malt with a touch of honey. Then the citrus that leans towards grapefruit and light tangerine and light+ resinous pine kick in. Hoppy bitterness is light that is also a little floral.
Overall this a really nice WC style. Well balanced between the malt and hops side. Darker than expected.
Canned 10/21/25. “Kick up a little dust” listed on the bottom.

Drowning my sorrows after a disappointing Eagles game. Could have had the 2 seed in the playoffs but we are stuck with the 3 since we lost today. Oh well
This has a juicy fruity taste that leans towards peach, nectarine, pineapple with a touch of melon. All being a little candied with a hint of dankness thrown in. Has a light+ hoppy bitterness. Has just a touch of an alcohol burn.
Overall it’s a little sweet, juicy, bitter and finishes with a touch of dryness. Hides the abv well with a little burn that lets you know it’s a triple. An excellent triple.
Canned 7/30/25. “60 years of dead in your head” listed with the date. A little weird.

Happy New Year to all. Going to the dark side today.
This has a dark roasted malt, light+ bakers chocolate, light coffee, hint+ of black licorice and a hint of smoke. Has a medium bitterness. On the thinner side.
Overall it’s a nice, very roasty tasting stout with the right amount of bitterness.
No date on can.
