Imagine a mild champagne with a tart finish. Mild notes of lemon and gentle bubbles. That’s all you need to know about this perry. Tom Oliver is probably the worlds greatest cider and Perry maker. The Sally has four or five of his amazing creations on today. What a great finish to a three hour walk in the snow.
