Birra dal sapore deciso e fruttato, profumata e poco amara.

Cloudy amber robe, nice and creamy (cream colour) foam. Macerated fruit aroma. Spices hints. In the mouth roasted malt, orange peel aroma, macerated cherry notes. Quite sweet from the beginning to the end, some bitterness in the end. Although Abu is very high,the alcohol taste is not disturbing. High carbonation, medium bitterness. Correct persistence.

Brown colour and generous light brown and very persistent foam. Smell has roasted malt aroma; there is also a very nice licorice aroma. A spicy side with cinnamon and gloves, pepper notes. Taste has roasted bread and coffee flavour. Dry, slightly astringent. Sour hint. Fluid texture with low/medium carbonation. Quite persistent.

Pale translucid robe, generous and persistent creamy foam. Smell: malt, banana Taste: dry and yeasty. Malt and citrus aroma. Hoppy. Sour hint. Texture: fluid, quite sparkling Persistent and astringent. Sour banana effect in the end of the bottle, clearly a defect due to the yeast.

Dark brown robe. Smell is full of coffee notes. Attack is slightly sour, then there is a sweet side with weak coffee flavour.

Amber robe. Orange smell. Taste is dense and alcoholic, with resine notes.

Surprising wheat beer with juicy banana notes. Ligh bitterness. A little watery but still a nice surprise.

Un très bel équilibre. Le goût fumé est présent mais pas trop et l’ensemble est harmonieux
