Going the Pilsner way today. This is clean and crisp. This has a bready with a light grain and crackery malt. Has some floral and spicy hops. Leans towards the hoppy side. Finishes dry. Overall a well done German style Pilsner. Plus the artwork on the can is cool No date on the can.

Well this WCIPA isn’t quite old school either. It’s closer tho. This has an orange citrus taste with with a touch of sweet grapefruit. Has a touch of a tropical fruit aspect but not very distinctive. Has a light dankness. Has some light+ pine too. Does have a light sweet malt. Overall it’s west coast ish. A new and old crossover. I love the dankness and taste. No date on can.

This has citrus and tropical fruit taste that leans towards orange zest, tangerine, sweet mango, passionfruit, peach and apricot. Has a touch of pine/piney resin and a light dankness. This has a light+ bitterness. Has a touch of oaty malt adding some smoothness. This is from our visit out visiting my daughters last weekend. This was a nice brewery. The dankness really made this one. No date on the can.

Picked this up last weekend while out that way. This starts out sweet and juicy that leans towards sweet orange with light mango, pineapple and grapefruit. The grapefruit and mango gets a little stronger, muting the orange a little bit, as you finish. Bitterness is light until about 1/2 way thru then starts to get a bit stronger. It also seems to lose the sweetness and finishes dry at the end. On the malty side, it has some oats to it that adds some smoothness to this. Overall I was surprised how complex this was. Starts a bit sugary sweet. Becomes bitter and is just smooth. No date on the can Another note, there are many different versions of this beer. I wish they just gave them different names.

This has a mainly high end coffee taste with some very light dark roasted malt, coconut and vanilla. Leans towards the sweeter side but has a good bitterness. Has a slightly dry finish.

This has a light roasted malt, citrus that leans towards orange, a touch of pine and a hint of chocolate. A pretty decent black IPA
