Lansing area Barrel Aged Beer Trail stop #3 of 9 I'm impressed. Definitely a tasty beer. It's a bourbon barrel aged black IPA, but drinks like a slightly over-hopped porter. The bourbon notes are subtle, but a tasty addition. 3.75/5

This is a blood orange hefeweizen. Subtle qualities of a hefeweizen (banana, cloves) with just the right amount of blood oranges to add just enough flavor without dominating the taste. Quite enjoyable. 3.75/5
