Аромат щекочит ноздри молочной пенкой, гречичным мёдом, йо-хо-хо, реальный мёд. Вот почему медведь на этикетке. Saaz раскрыли идеально. Глоток по-осиному злой, колючий. Жалит язык горечью. Вкус древесный, молодая кора осины, лежалые луговые травы, лёгкая спиртовая сладость. Длительное горькое послевкусие с эхом континентального хмеля. Saaz opened it perfectly. The sip is asp-like, wicked, prickly. The tongue stings with bitterness. The taste is woody, young aspen bark, rotten meadow grasses, and a light alcoholic sweetness. A lingering, bitter aftertaste with echoes of continental hops. This beer is drunk slowly, with the obligatory smacking of bitterness.

Двойной мутняк из Ярославля на тройке новозеландских хмелей. Мощно, чего уж там. Смолисто-травянистый профиль с тропическими и косточковыми фруктами, отчётлива нота даже не винограда, а виноградных косточек. Круто. A double hazy stuff from Yaroslavl, crafted with a trio of New Zealand hops. Powerful, no doubt about it. A resinous, herbal profile with tropical and stone fruit notes, a distinct note not even of grape, but of grape seed. Cool.

Пятая версия RIS из Ярославля, выдержан неуточненное время в бочках из под неуточненного виски. Разлит в феврале 2024. На эйджинге 2 года при температуре +20°С в полной темноте. Хотел 3 года подержать, но времена диктуют. Итак... Чёрный с лёгкой рыжинкой, шапка крупнопузырчатая, не стойкая, пристеночный венчик и единичные островки присутствовали до опустошения бокала. Аромат сладко-кисловатый, с красным изюмом, портвейновые ноты, чуток чёрной изоленты. На глубоком вдохе зудит и теплеет в носу. Слюногонительно. Глоток не плотный, шелковистый, с алкогольной сластинкой, той что подсушивает, кислит в конце Профиль тёмного шоколада с подтаявшим крем брюле, скупые древесные отголоски, как эхо в пустой бочке, собственно это всё что от бочки осталось. Длительное алкогольное пощипывание языка и глотки с остаточной шоколадностью в послевкусии вкупе со знатным прогреванием пищевода. Ух, Епишкин сарафан, забирает-то как! A lingering alcoholic tingle on the tongue and throat, with a lingering chocolatey aftertaste, coupled with a notable warming of the esophagus. Wow, Yepishkin's sarafan, how it takes! Чернейший эль, не совсем в стиль. Ёлка со свежоструганной корой, карамель и горечь. Можно было бы из без карамели. Но, постояв с полчасика, стало ароматным и вкусным, столярная мастерская по хвойным доскам разных пород. Не уверен, есть ли такие, но это пиво поможет представить. И, да, 7% это значит: "Спокойной ночи, малыши". The ale is black like the Black Sabbath, not quite in keeping with the style. A fir tree with freshly shaved bark, caramel, and bitterness. It could have been made without the caramel. But after sitting for about half an hour, it became fragrant and delicious, like a carpentry workshop crafting various types of pine boards. Отлично! Смола, мандарины, тропики. Обожаю хмель Strata, он всегда решает. Excellent! Resin, tangerines, tropical notes. I love Strata hops; they always make a difference.
