The Park Brewery
England
chevron_leftchevron_right
Leafy Kingston is not exactly teeming with decent breweries, so the emergence of Park - run by husband-and-wife team Josh and Frankie - is good news for hop-starved locals. A launch event at The Finborough Arms in January 2015 demonstrated their love for big, hoppy beers: if you're a fan of bitterness and hop aroma, you won't be disappointed. The brewery grew in 2016, meaning you can find the beer a bit further afield these days although The Sussex (Twickenham) and The Antelope (Surbiton) are your best bet if you want to drink their wares.

proper old man bitter. i’m an old man but clearly not a proper one as the style isn’t my cup of tea

light and juicy, with low bitterness and aromas of pineapple, melon and apricot. Not bad on draft, smooth and refreshing

Maybe it was just the mindset but this didn't go down so well. It was absolutely fine though, just nothing to write home about.

Very nice, easy drinking pale ale. At 3.5% I could literally drink this all day 👍🏻
