What a magnificent old ale, with dark fruits and rich malty flavours with subtle sweet notes. I brewed this stock ale during the dark ages of covid-19 in 2021 January. It has developed ever since and has now reached a completely another level. Only a few bottles left, so there is a brew day coming this winter.

Brewed in April last year and still improving and mellowing. Dark and sweet liquorice with subtle bittering hops. Still have 20 bottles left and will leave them alone for another year or so... or at least try to do so.

Erittäin onnistunut IPA. Katkero- ja aromihumalat ovat hyvin tasapainossa. Erityisesti kuivahumalat tuntuvat nenässä.

Pakkohan oman panimon tuotteista pitää. Tämä versio pantiin viime joulun ja uuden vuoden välissä. Vieläkin hieno maltainen ja humalainen maku. Seuraavaan kertaan hiukan lisää hiilihappoa.

Banaanin ja neilikkainen. Leipäinen ja samea. Kauniin punertava.

Johan se lopulta kypsyi juomakuntoon muutaman kuukauden kellariviipyilyn aikana. Raikas, humalainen ja hienon maltainen pisner. Katson onnistuneeksi panoksi.
