A surprise offer. A medieval stone Sahti. Extraordinarily traditional from the time when no metal cauldrons were used or they were too expensive. Looks standard, slightly darkish. Grainy, malty. A very well balanced gustatory offer: banana, bun, sweet malt, caramel. Full, lip-glueing, flavorful, intense. Not in the contest but could succeed well.

Sludgy, brown Sahti. Intense, a bit harsh, cereals, biscuit, bags of juniper on the nose. The tongue receives grainy malt, juniper, a bit of wort. Distantly alcoholic, as well. The mouthfeel is strong, a tad coarse, husky, sticky and rustic.
