A very well balanced bitter. Hop forward on the nose, but more malty tasting than hop heavy. The foamy head is defying gravity. Part of me wants to let it sit and just look at it, but the part that wants to drink it will probably win.

Despite the name, not at all bitter. Very smooth with a unique flavour. Top notch.
