A family owned microbrewery situated in the area of Chalkis, Greece. Our main characteristic is the emphasis on the creation of unfiltered and non pasteurized beers using the the traditional way of second fermentation inside the bottle. Our brewing style entails distinctive tastes and aromas combined with easy going and somewhat lower alcoholic content brews tailor made for the sunny Greek weather. For us, drinkability paired with complexity is the key of a succesful brew.
