Brouwerij Maallust
Veenhuizen, Netherlands
chevron_leftchevron_right
For a long time, Veenhuizen was a self-sufficient town in the east of the Netherlands. Next to prisons there were schools, churches, a spinning mill and farms. Farm produce were processed at the industrial complex. The Maallust brewery is housed in what once was the gristmill. Our copper tanks are beneath the old roof and the remains of the drying machines. This is where we have been brewing our beer artisinally since 2011.

Cloudy. Amber coloured. Fizz with very small bubbles. Head goes fairly quick. Pleasant bitterness. Do I taste some sourness at the end? Quenches thirst nicely.

Ausgezeichnete Biere 2024.
Sehr interessantes Bier. Tiefschwarz, kräftigste Röstaroma, erinnert teilweise schon an Kaffee.
Insgesamt sehr gut trinkbar 🍻😊
