Happy thanksgiving! 🦃 At my son's house with plenty of family. A lot to be grateful for.
This is crazy. This beer is not on my website and I know I had it because I was at the brewery at the time. By the way, don't bother going to the brewery. No annabellum house or magnolia trees. Small industrial building next to a commercial airport. Very disappointing.
Deep clear color, a lot of red in this brown ale. Roasted malt, bittersweet mild ale. Pecan is a difficult flavor because it's not very powerful but I do taste pecan in this. A subtle flavor that adds to the roasted malt. Light, smooth, and enjoyable. I guess that's why it's their flagship beer.

Good beer. Nice flavor with an interesting kick after the first sip that kind a ramps up before it mellows out.

Happy Friday. Having a no IPA Friday. This is sweet as expected. Has a nutty pecan taste with brown sugar & toffee. As it warms the brown sugar & toffee fade a little. It gets more nutty and just a tad dry.
Overall this is a really nice nutty brown ale. A little sweet
A vacation beer that was brought home.

Agree this is quite good if a bit on the mild, not wild side
