Fairly hefty roasted malt and chocolate aroma which has a slight smoky quality to it, tastes quite sweet with a proper hit of caramel, chocolate, oak and raisins, finish is dry and relatively short but flavourful. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable, rich but easy to drink stout, it's a shame they've dropped the abv but it's still really nice.
