Semihazy, light copper beer with anxious carbonation sets free a snow-white frogspawny head that grows two fingers tall and descends soon to a molten layer on the top. The withdrawing head paints the glass with sharp downpouring traces. Sweet malt, biscuit, waffle and a bit of invert syrup can be captured in the air. Coriander seed and orange peel season the concoction beautifully. The tongue enjoys orange peel, lemon zest, dried apricot and coriander seed. The malty segment is robust with waffle and biscuit. Invert syrup is manageable and doesn't disturb the enjoyment. The can lists also elderflower as an ingredient but it's obviously overshadowed by other flavors as I can't spot it no matter what. The body is medium-full. Alcohol is basically absent all the way but a distant sigh can be sensed in the finish. Otherwise, the fruity zesty palate carries over to the very end. If you want to know the real deal about the three; well, let me tell you, we're triple trouble ya'll; we're gonna bring the aftertaste up to speed, check it out. The mouthfeel is medium-full, zesty, refreshing, intense, moderately spiced and relatively deep. A tasty Tripel in a can. Looks like I have overcome my prejudice about canned Tripels (and Dubbels and Quads). They play to the tune.
