I tried the 5.6% version. A little bit cloudy color. Low carbonation. The smell has a gentle cereal perspective. A bit of lime too. .8 Nice hoppy attack with cereal notes. Very refreshing! .9 Then we have lime notes and a gentle sweetness with hoppy notes. .8 Nice malt aftertaste. A bit of hoppy notes and sweetness too. .8 Overall a good blond that’s pleasant to sip, and also refreshing! It keeps all its promises: good beer! .9

Brewer's opinion: (MSBC) This highly hopped, moderate bodied beer features a hop schedule that includes healthy doses of Chinook, Cascade & Amarillo. The Ax'ale expert opinion: Not a big head. Nice colour and thin bubbles. Nice smell, pine notes and floral hints. .8 Sweet honey attack. Cereal notes as well. .8 Then, we have some pine and hop floral notes. Pretty good. .8 Finally we have a nice bitterness and good cereal and hop aromas. .9 Overall, it's a pretty good beer, close to a west coast IPA. It's hoppy so it keeps its promises. .9

According to the brewer: (MSBC) Coal black & creamy smooth, this beer holds a light tan head & is surprisingly light in body- so it won't fill you up. My opinion: Nice colour indeed! Coal black, and light tan head. The smell is toasty and roasty. Pretty good! .9 Then we have a light bodied beer with hints of roasted cereals. .9 The beer is light through the all time and has it's nice toasted bread and cereal notes. .8 The aftertaste has roasted cereal notes, and hints of coal😉. .9 Overall a pretty good beer, refreshing and tasty. The promises are kept. Perfect before a motorcycle ride 🫢. .9
