BEER: Más Verde
BREWERY: River Roost Brewery
BEER STYLE: IPA
COUNTRY: USA
ABV.: 6.7%
COLOUR (EBC): Orange Juice Yellow (15.0)
BITTERS (EBU/IBU): -
AROMA: Bit odd. Dry pinewoods meets fresh lemons with dank and pine needly way.
HEAD: Two finger tall, white and tight.
GREY’S VIEW
Citra & Chinook hopped IPA.
It’s quite tight one. Some blackpepper with dry spruce needles, somewhat raw and chopped cantaloupe, refreshing lemonjuice and woodsy backdrop entire the way. Mouthfeel is balanced, somewhat soft and mellow. That Chinook works it’s all here. It turns bit on the candied side towards the end making it quite a playful stuff to enjoy.
OTHER NOTES:
Nicely diverse piece. First glimbse gives dry spruce and woods with citruses while the backend is candy flavoured and even a bit wheaty sweet.

Sticky boi, yeah! Oomph and how it grows! Mii loik it! 🤦🏻♂️😬🤓
Yeah. It seems to be a West Coast DIPA to me. Taste offering deep feel of ripe peach, ripe pineapple-mango mash with good amount of that OG resin. And it has plenty of that. It develops towards pinewoods and pineneedly feel, which is really pleasant. Mouthfeel is roundy and enough big, for once! Yay! It’s creamy and nicely easy to enjoy.
OTHER NOTES:
Too damn good to be pretty ’unknown’ brew. This has lots of those deep end West Coast vibes to it, presented in a damn enjoyable way! Without forgetting the fresh side either.

River Roost continues to produce nice NEIPA's. They tend to have low acidity, nice mouth feel and balanced bitterness. This one has a bit more pineapple with strong orange character. Like the name suggests it's smooth and goes down quick. Cheers.

Nice drinkable NEIPA with the typical cloudy smooth mouth feel of these beers. This one is more piney than citrus but has subtle grapefruit and a hint of mango. Nice drinkable IPA. I'm happy this brewery is local for me

Picked up a growler at this small brewery in Vermont. It's a good one. Nice orange and pineapple citrus that is not acidic. The citrus lingers and couple's with a nice piney finish. Simple yet dynamic. I like it

This is one of the better hazy NEIPA's I have tasted in a while. Has the citrus and fruit notes of orange and apricots but not over the top and a silky mouth feel. This one has nice bitterness and is well balanced. I will be drinking this again.
