At the Muck & Fuss restaurant with my niece having a burger before we go to the Comal County Music Show. Our friend's daughter is singing there tonight. She did great. Enjoying a nice light Czech pilsner. Short white head, soft texture. Bitterness that I would expect from a Czech pilsner but a little stronger than I normally would like. Pilsner flavor that leans toward a grassy type hops. Good refreshing beer.
