Color is a golden yellow with a touch of orange. Aroma has the peach along with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Flavor is definitely sour, not the tart that I prefer. The peach flavor it's still there but it's being overwhelmed by sour green apple. Behind it comes a dark brown cripy crust, like the edge of the pie when it exits the oven. It too quickly turns sour and disappears. Finish then tastes of an uncooked sugar dough. None of these flavors seemed to go together. The peach never dominated, it was subtle at best, and the other flavors never blended together. Nothing about this makes me want to have another.

I've had this beer before at SOTS this last summer. Brought it back from Texas about 9 months ago and thought I would give it a try. Rating is about the same except I did not expect it to erupt from the can the way it did. I did not shake it or anything. Kaboom!

Fourth entry in the SOTS competition for Impress the Beer Master. An amber which is tough since it's one of my favorites. A very deep brownish copper color, totally clear. Not sweet and no roasted qualities. Nice flavor in that it gives you more malt and a small amount of hop citrus in the background. The Hop quality continues into the finish with an IPA type bitterness. Pretty good beer.

Light, crisp, and very apricot foreword without being overwhelming. One of the best fruited sour beers I’ve ever had.
