Erinomaisen maukas ja mandariininen kesäolut. Toisen kohdalla jo voisi tökkiä sitruksisuus.

At The Foundry and Growler bar where they have unusual beers on tap. Going to try this unusual blonde ale. Of the 34 beers on tap, it's the most expensive.
Very short head in the glass, deep orangish yellow, lightly hazy. Aroma has a touch of vanilla, some light malt. This blonde is very sweet, heavier than I expected, soft. The coconut and vanilla are in the front and seem to fight each other. The lactose has a creamy sugarness that seems artificial. Toward the middle, a toasted almond does not help. Finish only delivers toasted coconut shell.
This is an excellent example of how price doesn't always matter. I've had inexpensive beers that were great and this one, not so much.
