Going pumpkin tonight since it is the night before Thanksgiving.
This has your normal pumpkin spices that leans towards nutmeg, cinnamon, a hint of vanilla with a light pumpkin taste. It’s a little watery but has a pretty good pumpkin pie flavor. 🎃🦃

This has a light roasted coffee taste with some medium roasted malt. Just a little creamy with some dark chocolate giving a little bitterness to it. Has a tinge of an alcohol taste. Medium thickness.

Another collaboration with Giant super market. It’s supposed to be a juicy IPA. I’m getting some pineapple, cantaloupe and some berry. It doesn’t seem to mesh together well. It’s actually a bit harsh instead of being juicy. Hoppy bite is light+ which saves it a little.
Just kind of disappointing overall as it reads and presents well.

Forgot to post last night. This has mainly grassy and earthy hops with some light malt tossed in.
A pretty decent Czech style pils which is how this tasted.

Now this is a typical American doppelbock. Super sweet with no attention to the hops.
This has a malty taste that leans towards mainly molasses & light brown sugar. This is just super sweet like most American versions.
I expect them to be malty and on the sweet side but I just had a Two Roads that did it right. A rarity for an American.
If you want to brew a true doppelbock do it right.
Far right - might need to open the pic for the full view.

Has a tropical fruit taste that leans towards pineapple, mango, light grapefruit that is lightly dank. Light bitterness. A pretty decent NEIPA but just a little off. Was close to choosing for 2500 but wanted something a little better. Good to drink tho.
Second from right.

Light fruit that is citrus & tropical that is mainly orange & pineapple. There is more there but nothing else stands out. The overall fruit taste is pretty strong. Also has a lot of pine and medium+ bitterness.
Overall it all adds up. I actually ordered a full beer after my flight but was turned off a little. I’m not sure why other that the whole thing was just a bit overwhelming - a bit too strong in taste for all aspects above, if that makes sense. Normally I really like that. Still pretty good and would definitely drink again.

From my flight at Iron Hill - first on the left. Very roasty with a light+ bitterness. Hints of dark chocolate. A decent stout.

#2500. Has some milk chocolate, light vanilla, medium dark roasted malt, caramel/toffee, medium licorice, hints of expresso, burnt toast and very light char. Quite sweet and roasty with some light+ bitterness but tastes more on the milk stout side with imperial stout attributes added in.
Enjoying while watching basketball and hockey (my Flyers are sinking fast this season).
Went to Iron Hill for dinner with the wife. Nice that we can actually do that more now. Grabbed a flight to decide which would be the official 2500. After the 4 I choose, took a flyer, choose to get a Crowler of the RIS hoping it was good. It was the better choice (luckily). Flight will be added after the fact as some were good but not super impressive. Iron hill is okay but their beers can be up and down. Pretty good pub food.
