Nice elevated carbonatation. Big bubbles, but a few of them. Standard colour.
The smell is fruity and citrusy, we have a bit of pineapple and we have orange and lemon notes. We have nice tropical fruit notes as well. We also have hints of vanilla and milk sugar. Nice smell! 0,9/1
The attack is on tropical fruits. It has a juicy feeling, with a little sweetness. Good, .7/1
The middle taste is in continuity with that, we have passion fruit notes, a bit of vanilla and milk sugar. Good .7/1
The aftertaste is pretty much the same... .3/1
Overall, it's balanced but not very complex ... Not amazing for an IPA. It's juicy and with passion fruit notes but nothing more really... .4/1

Nice hazy colour.
Medium carbonatation. Nice little head.
Piney, resinous and citrusy (orange, lemon, tangerine) smell.
Smooth and creamy with piney, citrusy and resinous aromas. We find orange, and lemon aromas. The taste is well balanced.
Resinous and piney aftertaste with hints of citrus.
Overall, a balanced beer with a refreshing perspective. It's an IPA very close to the neipa style. It might be closer to the neipa style than to the IPA style, but for the resinous and piney aromas. Good beer, it's in the standard of the good craft stuff!

Nice head. Brownish and thick head. Red robe. Looks good! Minty smell. On the mouth it's very difficult to find the Oreo but you can find some if you focus. There's a freshness that comes from the mint. The mint is there but is not taking over, which is a good sign. You have regular stout taste with toasty roast cereal taste. The mint adds to these tastes in a good balanced way. Not a lot of aftertaste , maybe a bit of mint but that's all. I think it's good work. The result is very good!! Good beer!

Pastry Stout très forte en chocolat et vanille.
L’alcool est beaucoup trop present en bouche et n’offre pas un très bon équilibré.
