Rhinegeist Brewery
Cincinnati, United States
chevron_leftchevron_right
Our name, Rhinegeist, translates to "Ghost of the Rhine" and refers to our place in the historic Over-the-Rhine Brewery District in Cincinnati. We smile while we sweat and brew beers where the first sip calls for the third.

Well it looks like I’ve had this before. My original review was pretty spot on. It has a light+, almost medium, caramel malt. Some pine to it. It’s just weak on the citrusy hops side. That would improve this one if they gave it more oomph.
Overall the Knowledge DIPA was the best out of the 3.

Having a Rhineqeist day. So this one is citrusy and slightly juicy that leans towards grapefruit and pineapple. Has as a very light hoppy bitterness. Finishes a little dry.
Overall a nice hazy APA.

This is a little citrusy that leans mainly towards grapefruit with just a hint of orange. Has medium sticky piney resin. It’s very hoppy. Has a very light caramel malt background.
Overall it is a very old school like DIPA.
