From own storage. Medium light and medium sweet body. Mildly sour, basically like market apple juice spiced with cinnamon and a bit of lemon juice. Aftertaste lingers long, continuing the theme of apples and plentiful cinnamon. And gotta admit, that gives a pretty good mimic of being just eaten apple pie. Interesting, this is going to be on family christmas table.
