Clear, amber beer with effervescent carbonation offers a pure white, whipped-creamy head that surpasses one finger. The foamy cap dissolves soon to a thin lacing and leaves the glass otherwise clean. The scent is slightly unpleasant: I get malt, crackers and a bready punch. The palate is more or less the same with bread, malt, crackers and light dry-grassy hops. There's a strange additional component that is first difficult to identify but then brings the taste of millet in my mind. The body is light. The beer finishes with bread, barley flour and decent hops. The aftertaste lingers on tongue over medium duration. The mouthfeel is thin, slightly crisp and somewhat unappealing.
