Cotswold Brew Co is one of the oldest lager microbreweries in the UK and the first, unsurprisingly, in the Cotswolds.
I was born out of our brewer’s love for big tasting American keg IPAs. I have full-on citrus hop flavours but don’t be too worried – my bitterness is counter-balanced by big sugars & a smooth finish.
Hops: Cascade, Hersbrucker and Amarillo
Malt: Ale Malt, Munich and Crystal
Avaliable in: 50 Ltr Keg, 330 ml Bottle

This is not an IPA it's a lager with a bit more flavour.
Malty sweetness with hints of citrus and honey.

A nice IPA, quite sweet with a slight hoppy after taste.

Easy going pour from the bottle gives a little surprise in a body that is golden yellow and semi transparent, with half finger of white foam, that is more akin to a lager.
Scents are primarily pine resin, biscuit malt and slightly floral citrus hops.
Mouthfeel is foamy, slightly smooth and light bodied.
Taste is a mirror of the scent with nothing added or taken away.
A little dissapointing if I'm honest, especially after the excellent lager.
