Today I try a Weizen with ginger! Pale yellow hazy (white style hazy) beer with moderated to weak carbonation. A little head appeared to disappeared right away. Smell is weak and almost non-existent. Taste is wheat and vague ginger. It’s not watery but really wheat centered. I don’t know why it’s labeled as a Weizen. There’s no ester in this beer. Cheers !
