A nice looking Pils, golden yellow, semi transparent with moderate carbonation and one finger of white head with weak retention. Aromas of mild malt, barley, some sweet biscuit and light wheat with a citrus hop finish. Mouthfeel is crisp, refreshing and very active with carbonation. It is pleasant, and medium bodied and leaves a foamy costing inside the mouth. Taste is fairly pedestrian but tasty nonetheless. The malts turn from pale to sweet with mild biscuit and caramel having developed, now playing out entirely different with the citrus hop finish. Very tasty, will buy it again if I see it.
