Cedar like bitterness enveloped in a medium body, finishing with a refreshing mango and citrus burst. Brewed using English aroma hops to give a light and refreshing beer. The brewers name, Enefeld, was inspired by the original Saxon spelling of Enfield as recorded in the Domesday Book.
