Clear, very light green cider with moderate, long-lasting carbonation lays an extremely scanty, whitish head that soon dies flat still. Nose has a lot of semisweet, sugary, fruity essences, predominantly pear and a bit of sweet apple -- interestingly, in this exact order. The taste is light and portrays semisweet, slightly dry apple nectar and distant pear. The cider finishes with semisweet, medium-dry apple juice. One can also take note of a welcome attempt to push at least an idea of natural sourness into the palate. The duration of the aftertaste is short to medium. Mouthfeel is medium-light, somewhat natural and summery. It's also a bit sappy, on one hand, and slightly tart, on the other hand.
