The base is always a blond beer (6,5% abv), but we use different hops every year, for fun. This year, we stay in Germany with a mix of recently developed varieties. Its nose is fruity (bergamot, peach) and floral (daffodils) at the same time. In the mouth, these flavors become longer and more intense, and they are joined by a nice malty base. A new floral and eucalyptus touch harmoniously complete the picture, which is structured by a well-pronounced bitterness that reinforces its freshness. In the finale the fruity accents melt into a long and dry bitterness. Connaisseurs know that its beautifully hazy look reveals that this beer has been massively dry-hopped!
