A golden Pilsner-style lager, characterized by its richness of colour and aromatic bouquet. Bernard Beer provides a full bodied flavor – smooth and refreshing with no aftertaste – a well balanced brew. The beer is brewed in compliance to the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516, using only Czech two-row barley malt, noble SAAZ hops,soft water from private wells and Bernard’s signature yeast strain.

#111 🇨🇿: Aus einer sehr schönen Flasche fließt das Bernard 10 goldgelb ins Glas. Dort zeigt sich eine feinporige Schaumkrone von mittlerer Haltbarkeit, deren Reste haften noch am Glas. Geruchlich ist es anfangs etwas dünn, später gesellt auch eine leichte Bittere dazu. Der anfänglich milde Geschmack wird zunehmend von einer Bittere mit minimal alkoholischen Noten abgelöst. Insgesamt gut trinkbar, vorallem zum Essen. 🍻
