Pilot #01 combines two dual-purpose hops: Centennial blended with the experimental variety HBC-431. And to push the limits of their aromatics, our brew team used both in a continuous dry-hopping process.

Pleasant but one dimensional fruit and citrus that leads into into dominant fine carbonation and a little bitterness. Finish is bland with a little lingering malt. Enjoyable, refreshing, and drinkable, but unremarkable.

I swore off Flying Dog but this looked different. I figured I'd try. Should have stayed w my instinct. Has a citrus taste that is lemon & grapefruit hops. Just very weak overall. There is not much to this one
