Love new beers from favorite breweries. This saison is brewed with grape must. It pours a very slightly hazy straw gold with an active lively head. Aromatically wonderful with a very yeasty bouquet. Mild grape, blends in very well with the yeast esters and phenols. Lightly fruity and spicy. I'm sure someone of more distinguished and practiced skills could describe the individual components but to me its simply an excellent buffet of yeasty goodness. Medium light of body and tingly carbonation makes for an enjoyable mouthfeel. A slight wine taste is present and a bit of pale maltiness but the yeast again is the main attraction. Fruity and spicy. Delightful. It is quite complex,much more than I am capable of describing. From the bottle : " complex flavour profile and heavenly drinking experience." And that is not empty bragging or a lie. I like it.
