Ma première vraie craft mexicaine, brassée à Mérida (Yucatan). 👁 ambrée limpide, faible couronne blanche. 👃caramel et agrumes 👄 douceur caramélisée tout de suite attaquée par une grosse amertume bien persistante. Classique et bien faite
