Transparent golden beer with lame carbonation lays practically no head. Nose is awkwardly sweet with some syrup, caramel, biscuit and faint honey. The taste is awful. Maltiness is really odd, extremely weak, a bit tea-like. Zero carbonation, zero hops. Distant notes of raisin and elderflower juice tickle on tongue. I've had before reasonable African bottled sorghum beer but this is a 100 % failure. This is simply undrinkable. The body is nonexistent. The beer finishes with strange tea-like, unsugared meady aftertaste. A bit of de-sweetened bitter elderflower juice accompanies the finish. The aftertaste is shortish but I still want to brush my teeth to get rid of this unpleasant taste. Mouthfeel is significantly watery, really odd and weird as well as substantially lame and powerless. It's also strongly tea-like and homemade meady.
