Bottom fermentation and double malt, with an alcohol content of 7.50% vol., La 150° Rossa is a specialty of Menabrea Beer characterized by abundant and lasting foam, with the unmistakable aroma of toasted malt and cane sugar that they give it the typical reddish color. Its soft balance, tending to sweet, and the structured body make it a beer suitable for particular combinations: excellent if served cold, at a temperature of 6/8° C, accompanied with red meats, cheeses and chocolate desserts.
